REFUND POLICY

At Trip To Ranthambore, we are committed to providing transparent and reliable travel services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a booking.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Your booking cannot be confirmed due to the non-availability of safari permits or seats.
  • A booked service is cancelled by Trip To Ranthambore before confirmation.
  • A refund is approved in accordance with the cancellation terms applicable to your booking.

2. Confirmed Safari Bookings

Safari permits issued by the Rajasthan Forest Department are generally non-refundable once confirmed, as they are governed by applicable government rules and regulations.

The service and handling charges charged by Trip To Ranthambore are also non-refundable once the booking has been successfully confirmed and processed.

3. Booking Not Confirmed

If we are unable to secure your requested safari permit or booking before confirmation, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded, excluding applicable payment gateway or banking transaction charges (if any).

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–15 working days.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method used during booking.
  • Actual credit timelines depend on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Confirmed safari permits.
  • No-show on the scheduled safari date.
  • Late arrival resulting in a missed safari.
  • Incorrect personal details or identity documents submitted during booking.
  • Failure to carry the required government-issued photo ID.
  • Any cancellation outside the applicable cancellation policy.

6. Customer Cancellation

If the customer requests cancellation before the safari permit has been issued, the refund (if applicable) will be processed according to the cancellation policy displayed during booking.

Once the safari permit has been issued, cancellations and refunds are generally not permitted.

7. Force Majeure

Trip To Ranthambore shall not be liable for refunds arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, road closures, extreme weather conditions, pandemics, or any other force majeure event. Refunds, if applicable, will be governed by the policies of the respective service providers and government authorities.
