1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

  • Unsuccessful bookings due to seat unavailability.

  • Cancellations initiated by Trip to Ranthambore due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Refund Processing Time
All eligible refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Confirmed safari bookings are non-refundable.

  • Last-minute cancellations made beyond the permitted cancellation period.

  • No-show on the scheduled safari date.

  • Partial attendance or early exit from the safari.

  • Incorrect information provided during the booking process.

4. Refund Mode
Refunds will be processed via the same payment mode used during the booking. Any bank charges or transaction fees incurred during the refund process will be borne by the customer. If the cancellation occurs from our side due to ticket unavailability, the refund will be provided from our side.
